A motorcyclist died following an accident in Dublin on Wednesday night. Mr Liam Kennedy (32), from Ballinteer Park, Dundrum, died when his motorcycle went out of control on the Stillorgan dual carriage way and crashed into a tree at 10.30 p.m.
A female pillion passenger was brought to St Vincent's hospital. According to the Garda Press Office, the woman was not seriously injured. No other vehicle was involved in the accident.
