A mother and daughter charged with intent to steal at the home of a Co Galway murder victim, Mr Tommy Casey, were remanded on continuing bail yesterday to the June 6th sitting of Galway District Court to allow for the taking of a deposition from a 14 year old girl witness.
Mrs Kathleen Connors (55), of Greenfields, Newcastle, Galway, and Ms Alison C (22), of Lurgoe, Killintaule, Co Tipperary, are charged with entering Mr Casey's home at Oranmore, Co Galway, with intent to steal on January 15th of this year.
