New York - Videotape, photographs and tips have helped police arrest at least 13 men on charges of sexually abusing scores of women in a rampage on Sunday through New York City's Central Park, city officials said yesterday.
Police said they believed they had caught the instigator of the attacks, an 18-year-old New York man who was among as many as 50 who sprayed women with water, tore off their clothes and groped their breasts and genital area.
