The RUC has recovered a number of firearms, ammunition, pipes, two-way radios, gloves and balaclavas following a search of a forest near Ballymoney, Co Antrim, yesterday.
Last week the RUC uncovered several guns believed to belong to the UVF in Ballymoney at premises which had been a local office for its political representatives, the Progressive Unionist Party.
