Model Nicola Scullion (24), injured in a car crash more than three years ago, has been awarded £13,500 damages in the Circuit Civil Court.
Judge Sean O'Leary heard Ms Scullion, of Castlerosse Crescent, Baldoyle, Dublin, suffered a whiplash injury when a friend's car was rear-ended while travelling to a modelling assignment in the Slieve Russell Hotel, Cavan, in November 1994.
Ms Scullion had sustained soft tissue injuries to her neck and back and had been out of work for six weeks.
