BELGRADE - The Bosnian Serb leader, Ms Biljana Plavsic, yesterday denied press reports that she had dismissed army commander, Gen Ratko Mladic. Ms Plavsic said she had only taken up her duties on October 19th and had not "had the time to replace Mladic".
