Rescuers have located a woman reported missing yesterday evening in the Glen of Imaal in Co Wicklow.
The woman, who is in her thirties and from Greystones, was walking alone in the area of Camara hill near Lugnaquilla when she became disorientated as night fell.
She contacted gardaí via her mobile home and the alarm was raised at around 5.30pm.
A Mountain Rescue team, assisted by members of the Defence Forces stationed in the area, began a search for the missing walker.
She was located at around 8.00pm and escorted to safety.
The woman was uninjured and required no medical attention.
