The search for a light aircraft which was reported missing in Co Cork was effectively wound down at 10.30 p.m. last night. It is understood that a model plane might have been flying in the area at time the alarm was raised. There had been reports that a microlight aircraft might have crashed east of Saleen at about 9.30 p.m.
