Washington - North Korea, Iran and Iraq will be able to hit the US and its allies with missiles with nuclear or chemical warheads sooner than previously projected, a bipartisan panel set up by Congress said yesterday. The panel also found the US "might well have little or no warning" before such weapons were deployed.
