BANGKOK - Cambodia's co defence ministers, Mr Tea Banh and Mr Tea Chamrath, arrived in Thailand yesterday on their way to a planned meeting with the top Khmer Rouge dissident, Mr Ieng Sary, at a secret location.
Tea Banh would be the most senior government official to meet the Khmer Rouge dissidents since the guerrilla group split last month. Mr Ieng Sary heads the faction that left the Maoist Khmer Rouge group headed by Mr Pol Pot.
