GENOA - A court cleared the Italian Transport Minister, Mr Claudo Burlando, of complicity in fraud and abuse of office yesterday in a case linked to a construction project in the city of Genoa, where he had served as mayor. The examining judge dismissed the case against Mr Burlando.
