THE HAGUE - A British historian has further implicated Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic in the war in Bosnia during testimony yesterday at the war crimes trial of a Bosnian Serb in The Hague. Mr Andrew Gow told the tribunal that Mr Milosevic planned the war with Bosnian Serb leader, Dr Radovan Karadzic, and the former Yugoslav army. Mr Gow is a prosecution witness in the case of Mr Dusan "Dusko" Tadic, charged with the murder and torture of Muslim prisoners.
