Bloomfield House Hotel in Mullingar is the venue for a wine-drenched weekend, March 24th-26th. Wine 2000 encompasses a series of short workshops hosted by guest speakers, a wine fair supported by many leading importers and a gala dinner, as well as two wine receptions and various competitions.
