A case between Olympic champion Michelle Smith and her former manager, involving the payment of royalties from endorsements, was withdrawn at the Dublin District Court yesterday.
Ms Smith, of Sluiweg, Hardinxveld, Netherlands, was involved in the case with Frank Quinn Promotions of Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin.
It is understood that the case involved £4,000 earned from endorsements. When the breach of contract case came before Judge James McDonnell yesterday, he was informed it was being withdrawn.
