Michael D. Higgins TD

In an article written by John Stephenson headed "Whose voices are being heard" in last Tuesday's editions, Deputy Michael D. Higgins is quoted as having said in the Dail during his term as Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht to Deputy Sile de Valera "How dare you question me on this?" Mr Stephenson wishes to point out that the then Minister did not make this statement and apologises for any offence caused.
