MIAMI - Ten weeks after Cuba shot down two US civilian planes flown by anti Castro pilots, Cuban Americans cruised out to protest at sea off Havana yesterday as the country mobilised an anti aircraft unit.
About six civilian planes' were scheduled to overfly the three boat protest by the Miami based Democracy Movement.
President Clinton last month reversed tentative steps toward rapprochement with Cuba, tightening the 34 year old US economic embargo.
