MEXICO CITY - Mexican police were holding eight people in connection with the burning to death of a man for allegedly raping and killing a young woman, the state government of Veracruz said.
Mexicans were shocked by images broadcast on Wednesday showing a man in his late 20s being burned alive before a large crowd of people, including women and children.
