Three Aughrim, Co Wicklow, men charged with the robbery of £9,600 from Mr Andrew Kingston, at Aughrim, on October 8th last, were remanded on continuing bail until January 21st, at Wicklow District Court yesterday.
Inspector John Cassells told Judge Donnchadh O Buachalla that the book of evidence against Mr David Byrne, Mr Gerard Fitzgerald and Mr Mark Byrne, all of Aughrim, was well advanced, and would likely be ready by January 21st.
