Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a man in connection with the investigation into the fatal shooting of Derek Duffy in 2007.

Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a man in connection with the investigation into the fatal shooting of Derek Duffy in 2007.

The 27-year-old man was arrested last night in Dublin city centre. He is being held at Finglas Garda station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.

Duffy (36) was shot a number of times in the head as he sat in the passenger seat of his car at Casement Park in Finglas at about 4am on September 23rd 2007.
