A memorial garden in tribute to 27 police officers killed in the line of duty in west Belfast was opened yesterday.

A memorial garden in tribute to 27 police officers killed in the line of duty in west Belfast was opened yesterday.

Relatives of the dead, former colleagues, representatives of the Police Authority and Police Federation gathered with representatives of the four main churches to see the garden at the entrance to Grosvenor Road RUC station dedicated at an ecumenical service.
