Ms Teresa Ryan (40), of Tara Court apartments, Saleen, Castlebar, Co Mayo, was remanded at Foxford District Court yesterday on a charge of murdering Ms Elaine Ryan on September 5th, 1985, at Woodlawns Drive, The Quay, Westport.
She was remanded on her own bail of £500 to Westport District Court on November 7th and was ordered to surrender her passport and sign each Saturday at Westport Garda station. The book of evidence was served.
