General election policy documents on the marine published by the main parties are a "rag bag of promises already made and never fulfilled", the Killybegs Fishermen's Organisation (KFO) said.
For any political party to be promising extra fish quotas was an "insult to the intelligence of fishermen", the KFO said, referring to the Fianna Fail policy statement.
