MAPUTO - President Nelson Mandela yesterday signed a plan for white South African farmers to settle in neighbouring Mozambique. Mr Mandela, on a visit to Mozambique, signed the accord with President Joaquim Chissano at a conference on a planned transport corridor linking their two countries.
