A recovering addict who admitted a series of thefts from tourists' cars in Dublin city centre has been remanded in custody for a probation report. Jeffrey O'Neill (24), originally from Cappagh Avenue, Finglas, pleaded guilty at Dublin District Court to 14 offences of larceny and criminal damage to cars around St Stephen's Green last October and November.
