Man stabbed in Crumlin incident

An 18-year-old man is recovering in hospital after he was stabbed in the neck in Crumlin last night.

An 18-year-old man is recovering in hospital after he was stabbed in the neck in Crumlin last night.

The man was attacked at St Mary's Road at about 7pm.

He was initially treated at Crumlin Children's Hospital before being transferred to St James' Hospital where he underwent surgery.

His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

Gardaí have issued an appeal to the public for information on the incident.
