The Police Service of Northern Ireland are investigating the paramilitary-style shooting of a man in his forties in Derry.

The Police Service of Northern Ireland are investigating the paramilitary-style shooting of a man in his forties in Derry.

Four men took the victim from a house in the Brandywell area of the city and took him to the nearby stadium, where he was shot in his ankles and wrists.

Police are appealing for anyone with information about the attack to contact them.
