A man has been shot in the leg in Co Down.
The victim (28) was getting out of his car in The Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00 am when he was attacked by a lone gunman.
It is understood he was shot twice in the leg.
The man is being treated in hospital. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Police have yet to establish a motive for the shooting.
