A Co Tyrone lorry driver on a sex charge involving a teenage Downs Syndrome girl has been remanded on bail for a week at Cookstown magistrates' court yesterday.

The man, in his 40s who cannot be named for legal reasons, is accused of having unlawful sexual knowledge of the girl between June 23rd last year and March 31st this year.
