A man accused of having sex with his mentally impaired sister was remanded in custody until next Tuesday when he appeared at Kilkenny District Court yesterday.
He was charged with having sexual intercourse with a mentally impaired female at Kilkenny on July 1st, 1994. He is also accused of having carnal knowledge of the female, who he knew to be his sister, on the same date.
