A Co Tyrone man has been remanded in custody on charges relating to drugs with a street value of £3,000

A Co Tyrone man has been remanded in custody on charges relating to drugs with a street value of £3,000. Mr Glenn Craig (28), of Brewery Court, Donaghmore, Dungannon, is accused of possessing ecstasy tablets and having them with intent to supply on July 20th.A lawyer for the Director of Public Prosecutions, Mr Piers Tweedale, told Cookstown Magistrates Court yesterday that the RUC believed Mr Craig was actively involved in the supply of drugs in the Dungannon area.Mr Austin Kennedy, defending, said no drugs had been found in Mr Craig's possession. A bail application would be made in the High Court.
