A Monaghan man has been further remanded at Carrickmacross District Court on three additional charges relating to an alleged separate incident last year.
Conor McClelland (19), Laragh, Castleblayney, had been remanded on a charge arising from an assault on June 4th after which Gavin O’Connor (22), Kilmainhamwood, Co Meath, died. He was further charged with driving offences on December 28th.
