The man charged with raping the girl at the centre of the C case was again remanded in custody by Judge Desmond Windle when he appeared in Kilmainham District Court. The 24-year-old father of three from Co Louth is charged with unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl of less than 15 years on August 27th last. Det Sgt Gerry Kelly applied for a remand for a week in custody. Defence solicitor, Mr Terence Hanahoe, said he had no objection.
