A Balbriggan man has been remanded in custody by Balbriggan District Court charged with the murder of David Hammond (24) at Pump Lane, Balbriggan, on April 27th this year.
Mr Alan Rooney (28), of Curran Park, has been served with the book of evidence in the case, the court heard yesterday. Judge Sean Delap remanded him in custody to the same court on July 25th for submissions to the book.
