Mr John O'Mahony (35), of Boherbee, Tralee, who is charged with the murder of Mrs Margaret O'Sullivan (40), at McCowen's Lane, Tralee, on August 18th, was remanded in custody until December 4th by Judge Humphrey Kelleher at Tralee District Court yesterday.
Insp Barry O'Rourke applied for the remand in custody to which Mr Patrick Mann, solicitor, consented on behalf of the accused.
