A Tipperary man who "flipped" and raped a woman at knife point after consuming a large amount of drink and cannabis is to be sentenced by Mr Justice Carney today.
Michael Shine (22), of Congress Terrace, Fethard, pleaded guilty at the Central Criminal Court in January to raping the 19 year old victim near his home on May 11th, 1996.
