Man pleads guilty to heroin charge

A man has been remanded in custody for sentence on December 14th next for heroin dealing

A man has been remanded in custody for sentence on December 14th next for heroin dealing. Greg Scully (34), of Barton Road East, Dundrum, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to having heroin for sale or supply on August 28th and November 2nd, 1996.

Judge Cyril Kelly was told the heroin seized was valued at £1,500 on the first occasion and £260 for the second offence.
