A man is due to appear before Dublin District Court today on a charge of murdering a student, Mr Brian Mulvaney, who was found dead near shops in Templeogue on Saturday morning.
Mr Mulvaney, aged 19, was partially clothed when his body was found behind Orwell shopping centre. A post-mortem showed he died of head injuries.
