A 54 year old Rathfarnham man appeared in Dublin District Court on five charges of indecently assaulting a young man at the College of Music, Chatham Street, Dublin, during 1982. He was served with a book of evidence by Det Insp Noel White, and remanded on continuing bail to December 2nd for submissions.
