A Liverpool man was charged last night in relation to the seizure of two kilogrammes of heroin worth up to £120,000 at Dun Laoghaire port yesterday. Mr Graeme Blakely (25), of no fixed address, appeared in Dublin District Court at 9.30 p.m.
He was arrested by Garda and Customs officials at 4 p.m. after he got off the ferry from Holyhead. He was remanded in custody to Mountjoy Prison.
