Man killed in Co Limerick after car hits truck

A man in his 30s has died in a crash in Co Limerick.

He died when the car he was driving collided with a truck on the N24 Limerick to Tipperary road at Bearys Cross at 12.30pm.

So far this year 71 people have died on the State's roads.
