A man in his late 20s has died following a road crash in Co Galway this morning.
The incident happened shortly after 7.30am when the man's car hit a ditch on the Ballyforan to Dysart Road.
The man's body was later removed to Portiuncla Hospital. He was the fifth person to die on the State's roads so far this year.
