A heroin dealer who sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl 10 times has been jailed for three years.
Judge Frank O'Donnell at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court was told the 22-year-old defendant's sister was present when he attacked the girl at his home. He pleaded guilty to three sample counts of sexual assault in 1996.
