A man charged with the murder of Mr John McCarthy in Tallaght on July 15th was remanded in custody for two weeks when he appeared at Rathfarnham District Court yesterday. Mr Andy Wall (20), of St Patrick's, Fortunestown Lane, Tallaght, was remanded to Dublin District Court on August 7th. Mr McCarthy (35), a father of nine, was shot dead at a traveller encampment at Fortunestown Lane.
