A 28 year old man is being treated in hospital after he was badly assaulted in a suspected "punishment beating" in loyalist Sandy Row, Belfast, on Wednesday night. He suffered three broken ribs, a broken right arm, broken right leg, lacerations to his scalp and bruising to his body.
