A 21 year old man was last night helping gardai with their inquiries into a hit and run accident in Co Donegal. It happened at 4.15 a.m.
yesterday when a 28 year old Co Antrim man was struck by a car while walking at Downings. He was taken to Letterkenny hospital with serious head injuries.
