Man held over fatal Dublin stabbing

Gardaí investigating the fatal stabbing of a woman at a hotel on the campus of the Irish Management Institute (IMI) in Dublin last week have arrested a man.

Loradena Pricajan(36), originally from Romania, was found dead in a room of the IMI Residence in Sandyford last Thursday.

Ms Pricajan had come to live in Dublin a number of years ago and had been working in a south Dublin nursing home for some time.

Gardaí today arrested a man in his 40s in connection with her death.

He is currently being detained at Dundrum Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal
Justice Act.
