A man arrested in the centre of Dublin appeared on firearms charges before the Special Criminal Court last night. Christopher Magee (48), of Mountain View Court, Summerhill, was accused of having two semi-automatic pistols there on Friday night.
The court remanded Magee in custody until October 9th. He was told he could apply for bail after giving 48 hours' notice.
