A man has been arrested in north Dublin following the seizure of two sawn-off shotguns, ammunition and an air pistol.
The man (38) is being questioned in Ballyfermot Garda station under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act after the search of a house in Ballyfermot last night.
The search, which was part of Operation Anvil, also uncovered components of an automatic pistol.
