A Kinsale man, charged with the unlawful killing of Mr Gerard Fehilly, in his 20s, of Kinsale, Co Cork, on September 10th last year, was remanded on bail at Kinsale District Court yesterday.
The defendant, Mr Bertie Pearse, in his 20s, of Hogan's Row, Kinsale, was remanded on his own surety of £500 and an independent surety of £1,000.
