A 31 year old man accused of sexually assaulting two women in Darndale, Dublin, last year has been sent forward for trial. The defendant is charged with sexually assaulting one woman at Snowdrop Walk on New Year's Day and with sexually assaulting another woman at Buttercup Park on January 25th.
Judge Sean Delap returned him to the present sittings of the Circuit Criminal Court and set bail at £2,000.
